I didn’t really feel like my privacy was handled as carefully as it should have been. I’m cautious about where my personal info goes, so this made me uneasy. Maybe it’s fine for others, but it didn’t feel worth the risk to me, and I probably won’t use it again

This just wasn’t worth the money. We had planned around it thinking it would be a nice part of the day, but it ended up feeling overpriced for what we actually got. Frustrating when you’re trying to enjoy yourself and it kind of ruins the plans you were looking forward to.

Trying to return my order was way more annoying than it needed to be, ngl.

The emails took forever, and the return instructions were really unclear. I kept getting passed around like nobody actually wanted to help me sort it out, which was super frustrating tbh.

By the end, it felt like the whole thing was more hassle than the item was even worth. I wouldn’t use poppers-express.com again if returns are this awkward lol.

I opened the bottle and immediately thought, nope, this doesn't smell fresh at all. The scent was weak and kind of old, which really caught me off guard. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn't order it again.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been really frustrating. When I ordered, the terms seemed clear, but then they suddenly changed or were explained differently once I asked for my money back. It feels like the rules shifted after the fact. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

The packaging was obvious, honestly. Anyone who saw it could basically tell what it was, which was disappointing.

I ended up just clicking around for a while and it felt like a bit of a waste of time. Maybe they carry other stuff people like, but for me the brand selection was disappointing. Not really much reason for me to go back, honestly...

The tracking updates kept showing up late, so I never really knew where my package was. At one point it looked like nothing had moved, then suddenly it was out for delivery, like, give me a break. Made the whole delivery feel way more confusing than it needed to be.

I ordered from here twice. Both times were a letdown. Nothing was terrible. It just didn’t feel worth it to me. Maybe other people had a better experience. But I’m done ordering.

I haven’t heard back from them at all, and there haven’t been any updates either. I’d really appreciate even a quick message just to know what’s going on and that my request hasn’t been forgotten.

I was disappointed when my order arrived. There wasn’t much protection in the package, and the bottle showed up dented and leaking. It was a mess to deal with, i don’t think I’ll be ordering this again.

Browsing the site was fine, I guess, but the product details were a bit of a guessing game. A bunch of the listings barely explained the size, ingredients, or why one item was different from another. This whole “figure it out yourself” setup made it hard to know what I was actually buying. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but they definitely need to put clearer info on the page before people check out...

It felt like I was being sent generic copy-paste responses and then left in the dark waiting for something useful. I just wanted a straight answer, but the whole thing was frustrating and made me feel like they were trying to brush me off.

I ordered from outside the country it ended up being way more effort than it should’ve been. The shipping took much longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check over and over with no real idea where my package was. I even reached out to support, but they weren’t much help. It just felt like I had to do too much work for a simple order. I wouldn’t order internationally from them again.

i just didn’t feel super comfortable using this site. there wasn’t enough clear info for me, and something about it felt a little off. i’d rather go with a place that has better reviews and feels more reliable.

I ordered from them once, but the shipping cost made no sense?! It was almost as much as what I was buying, which just felt really unfair. I don’t think I’ll be shopping there again.
